Real Estate News From Noel September 2022 Hello, September 🍁 I’m not ready to give up on summertime just yet, but with a new month
Hello,
It’s County Fair time, and Washington County has a wonderful Fair tradition with plenty of entertainment, 4-H projects, livestock, midway fun and vendors. When you visit the Fair and wander through the vendor exhibits, you may be tempted to take advantage of some of the deals offered for siding, windows, landscaping, and other property improvement opportunities.
If you have any questions about how those improvements may affect the market value of your home, please don’t hesitate to give me a call. I’d be happy to provide you market information that may help you decide whether, or not, to make the investment.
