"We used Noel as our buying agent. She was fantastic with the entire buying process. She set up many showings on very short notice and was extremely responsive, which is tough to find in a real estate agent. Everything about this process was the best we could have hoped for. We were also selling our current residence at the same time we were buying (though we had a different selling agent). There were several unusual circumstances with our situation and sometimes we felt that Noel was not always listening to us in that she would make suggestions for courses of action that she knew we couldn't take, such as canceling the sale of our current residence or moving ahead with the purchase of our new house before the previous residence was actually sold. This was frustrating but again, unusual circumstances. Focusing just on our experience with Noel for buying our house, she is the best agent we've ever come across."
