After graduating from high school in 1991, I enlisted in the U.S. Navy and proudly served aboard the USS Saratoga as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (ABH), specializing in Ele Ops on the flight deck. I was honorably discharged in 1999 and went on to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Concordia University.
For over 27 years, I have built my career in the banking industry, with the past 17+ years dedicated to commercial lending, specifically in investment real estate. I hold the Certified Credit Executive (CCE) designation from the National Association of Credit Management (NACM) and am also a licensed Wisconsin real estate sales associate. Currently, I serve as Operations Manager at Dedrick Homes, a full-service real estate company owned by my wife, Noel, where we work side by side to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Drawing on my decades of banking and lending experience, I bring a unique perspective as a residential and investment property Realtor. I have extensive expertise in analyzing the financial viability of investment properties, including multi-family and commercial real estate, and use this background to guide clients in making confident, informed decisions. My strengths include relationship building, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional client experience—ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism, trust, and care.
Beyond my professional career, I am deeply committed to community service. I serve on the board of the Milwaukee Homeless Veterans Initiative (MHVI) and volunteer with several local nonprofits, including the Kewaskum Food Pantry, Washington Foster Closet, and Rudy’s Pantry. My past community involvement includes serving as a Kewaskum Chamber Board Member, Kiwanis member, Cub Scout Treasurer, and committee member for both the Washington County Economic Development Corp Revolving Loan Fund and the Slinger Revolving Loan Fund.
Family is at the center of everything I do. My wife, Noel, and I have two wonderful children—Kyle, a student at Concordia University pursuing a degree in Forensic Accounting, and Braelyn, a high school student at Kewaskum High School. Our home is made complete by our two golden retrievers, Jovie and Curly, and our black cat, Fran.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, hunting, golfing, and cheering on all of Wisconsin’s sports teams. Most of all, I love spending time with my amazing family and giving back to the community that has given me so much.
