Noel was outstanding in helping my Fiancé and I find out first home! Noel sold my condo in three weeks when the condo next door to me had been for sale for a year. She told me what sales price she thought I could get and it was within a few hundred dollars. She was very thorough and knowledgeable about the process. She gave me tips for staging and she uses a professional photographer that takes amazing photos. My kitchen pictures looked like they were from a magazine! She answered all the questions I had very promptly and was very easy to get a hold of.
