We met Noel when trying to sell our condo with someone else. We weren't happy with that person/company and reached out to Noel. She came and gave us a fair assessment of what we should expect and actually took the time to show our condo via open houses and publishing in the paper. The previous agent would not do these things but Noel didn't hesitate. It took several months, but Noel was able to get us the sale we were so desperately wanting. After the condo sold, Noel took the time to show us any and every house we asked about and many we didn't. She didn't hesitate to block off a few hours to show us a bunch of houses.
