From the METRO MLS

The Milwaukee-area housing market remained active in May, with inventory and sales showing year-over-year growth. Active listings increased 9% to 3,138, while closed sales rose 4.1% and pending sales jumped 33.8%, signaling continued buyer demand.
Home prices also continued to appreciate, with the median sales price rising 5.8% to $381,450 and the average sales price increasing 6.6% to $450,393. Despite gains in inventory, the market remains competitive with just 2.0 months of supply and a median of 20 days on market.
