Being a single mom, and purchasing a new home is a scary thing. I asked around for a good realtor, one I could trust, I had a few referrals but when I talked to Noel I knew she was the one. She was always keeping an eye out for new places that would suite my children and me. I was always in control of my own choices, and when Noel offered me advice and guidance she was never pushy. She was honest with me from the beginning, and it was clear to me that her main goal was finding a house that we would be happy in, and I am very happy to report we had great success! Thank you Noel! I LOVED working with Noel! She comes highly recommended and after having gone through the home buying process with her, I understand why! We looked at quite a few houses together and she was honest and insightful, even giving me downright bad reviews of houses when she could see that there were potential problems and money traps. She was never annoyed at how many houses I made her look at and seemed genuinely happy to impart her knowledge. When we did finally find a house we loved, we knew it was going to be off the market the same day it was listed and she moved so quick to get our offer in that you would've thought she was buying it for herself!
For the past six months, Noel was always there to take calls and texts, come out for a showing (or drop by a house on her own to tell us if she thought we should even bother going), and walk us through every step from first figuring out what we were after to closing on our new home. Selling and buying a home is a stressful experience. I am so thankful that I had Noel helping through the process. She is very knowledgeable and informative. When it was time for me to look at homes she went out of her way to show properties I was interested in. She was always available for my questions and took the time to prepare details of each property. I toured properties with a few different people and each commented to me "you have a really great realtor working with you". They were right. There were times when I was indecisive and changed my mind but despite this she was patient. Noel is prepared, professional, and attentive to details. She went above and beyond expectations to help me find my new home and made the process easier. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is awesome!
