Noel, did an excellent job on the sale of our house. The first time we met for a walk through, she came prepared with a market analysis, and we discussed a good selling price. I also asked for a list of appraisers, which she had in hand at that first meeting as well. After the appraisal, I chose to raise the asking price, and Noel supported our decision without hesitation. Then she put together a set of photos that truly depicted the property. The listing went live 3 days after the contract was signed. Twelve hours after the listing went live we had our first offer.
