Noel was very good and patient with us as we looked for our first house. The process took longer than we expected, as we learned the ins and outs of the house buying process, but when we found our house, we knew right away it was the one we wanted. The patience and pickiness paid off entirely. We love the fact that Noel texts for most communication, which made it very easy to work and discuss items on an instantaneous basis, making every process very easy.
